This is an Instructors Skills Development course designed to
help the beginning instructor tune and polish their ability to teach students
Skill at Arms. This 2 day, 20 hour, exhaustive course will challenge Student
Instructors to perform beyond the show & tell. It explores how students
learn, comprehend and perform from root memorization through experimental
learning, the barrier between knowledge and skills and how to link them for
faster learning. This course starts where the NRA stopped. If you are an
accomplished instructor with a long list of student success, this course is not
for you. But, if you are breaking into the instructor trade, perhaps need some
refreshing or seeking other tools and ideas to add to your instructor craft
game book and are prepared to work 20 hard hours with little rest, this might
be the challenge you need. There is no fancy national recognition
certification. Certification of this course is earned by each individual in
confidence and ability.
